Job Title: Presales Manager/Senior Manager

Location: Chennai - Ambit IT Park

Position Type: Full Time

Reports to: VP

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Anchor medium to large size, proactive and reactive bids / RFPs.

- Prepare winning proposals that meet client business needs with attractive value propositions.

- Manage the response process against RFIs / RFPs and ensure that all the milestones and deliverables meet as per the expectations within the deadlines.

- Identify inter-dependencies and develop an overall bid project plan with tasks, milestones, deliverables, and associated timelines for proposal preparation activities and tracks.

- Engage coordinate within the Bid Team (Sales, Practice, Delivery, etc) to help produce deliverables according to the clients expectations within the schedules.

- Deliver a final approved proposal documents to the Client in accordance with iOPEX business rules and standard processes.

- Coordinate and plan all client presentations required as part of the bid submission.

- Provide support in Research and Collateral Development

OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED:

- A minimum Bid-Management / Pre-Sales experience of minimum 7 years in IT or ITES is a must.

- Excellent communication and multi-stakeholder coordination skills is a must

- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint is a must.

- Proven problem-solving and writing skills.
