Title: Head Divisional Accounts & Commercial

Role Summary :

The role will be responsible for managing the overall finance function, including financial planning, project finance, budgeting, and compliance. The individual will work closely with business and operations teams to drive profitability, improve financial discipline, and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting

- Oversee financials of projects, including cost tracking, cash flow management, and profitability

- Annual Statutory Accounts finalization of the Division and interaction with Auditors

- Drive working capital management, collections, and fund utilization

- Oversee branches/locations/sites including monitoring and control.

- Able to evaluate commercial terms of the tenders/contracts / customer's POs

- Involvement in commercial terms for the procurement.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and internal controls

- Support business teams in commercial decisions, pricing, and cost optimization

- Handle treasury activities, banking relationships, and fund management

- Review and finalize accounts, and provide regular updates to management

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders

- Monitor financial risks and ensure appropriate controls are in place

- Lead and guide the finance team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Candidate Profile :

- Qualified CA ( Must) with relevant experience in finance and accounts

- Around 18-22 years of experience, preferably in EPC/engineering /manufacturing setup

- Strong understanding of project finance, working capital, and financial reporting

- Experience in handling audits, compliance, and financial controls

- Good analytical skills and ability to work closely with business teams

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP / Oracle
