Job Description: Executive Assistant to CHRO

Qualification: BE with 2 years Full time MBA in HR from a premier institute

Experience: 2 -5 years experience as Executive Assistant. Candidates with experience as HRBP or in HR COE and good at analytics and keen to take up an EA role can also apply.

Industry: 1st preference is to candidates from EPC/ Manufacturing background.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

- Project Tracking and Coordination: Assisting with project management, including tracking progress, following up on deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

- Strategic and Confidential Support: Providing support on strategic initiatives, managing confidential information with discretion, and acting as a trusted partner to the CHRO.

- Communication Management: Handling correspondence, screening calls, and acting as a point of contact for the CHRO.

- Data Analysis and presentation

- Research on Market insights from HR practices point of view

- Presentation Preparation and Management: Drafting, editing, and formatting documents, reports, and presentations, as well as managing both electronic and paper records.

- HR Support: Assisting with HR-related tasks, such as data analysis, project management, and compliance, as needed.

- Meeting Support: Preparing materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels

- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality. Exceptional planning and analytical skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Taking initiative and anticipating the needs of the CHRO.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
