Job Summary

HR professional with 5 - 8 years of experience in the HRBP, Learning Development & Organization Development responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning strategies and OD interventions that support business goals, enhance employee capabilities, and promote a high-performance culture. This role will play a key part in talent development, change management, leadership development, and culture building across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Learning & Development:

- Design and implement the annual Learning & Development strategy and calendar.

- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business leaders and managers.

- Develop and deliver learning programs, both functional and behavioral, through in-house, virtual, and external facilitators.

- Partner with external vendors and manage end-to-end coordination of training sessions.

- Measure training effectiveness through post-training feedback, assessments, and impact evaluation.

- Drive digital learning initiatives via LMS and e-learning platforms.

- Monitor training budgets and ensure cost-effective learning solutions.

2. Organizational Development:

- Lead OD interventions including leadership development programs, employee engagement strategies, and talent management initiatives.

- Support change management efforts and culture transformation programs.

- Drive performance management cycles and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Implement competency frameworks and succession planning initiatives.

- Use data analytics to identify OD trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

- Facilitate organization-wide surveys (e.g., employee engagement, pulse surveys) and action planning.

3. HRBP:

- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

- Leverage HR analytics for insights on attrition, performance, and engagement.

- Drive talent management, workforce, and succession planning initiatives.

- Provide strategic HR insights on organizational effectiveness and employee relations.

Preferred Skills: MS- Excel, People Strong, Percipio/Skill Soft, Power BI
