Position Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager - Operations to lead customer onboarding and transaction-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

- This role involves managing a team, overseeing NACH registration and settlements, and driving business transformation through digitization initiatives.

Location: Thane (Head Office).

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer onboarding for corporate buyers, financiers, and MSME vendors.

- Oversee NACH registration and settlement processes.

- Ensure timely resolution of service requests and audit points.

- Drive automation and digitization projects to enhance operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experience in operations within NBFCs, Fintech, Banks, or Payment Platforms.

- Minimum 4-5 years of team management experience.

- Knowledge of KYC, lending, and payment industry preferred.

- Exposure to product/process launches and digitization initiatives.

Skills Required:

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PPT).

- Ability to work independently and drive solutions.

- Knowledge of fintech enablers and automation tools.
