Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Investor Relations function for our Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) based in Mumbai. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary bridge between the organization and the global investment community, ensuring transparent communication of our financial performance, strategic vision, and operational milestones. You will work closely with the senior leadership team, finance heads, and asset management units to craft compelling narratives that resonate with institutional investors, analysts, and stakeholders. By maintaining high standards of governance and proactive engagement, you will directly influence the InvITs market positioning, capital raising efforts, and long-term valuation in the infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy to enhance the InvITs visibility among institutional investors and research analysts.

- Manage the end-to-end quarterly earnings process, including the preparation of investor presentations, press releases, and scripts to ensure accurate and impactful financial reporting.

- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with buy-side and sell-side analysts to drive consistent coverage and informed market sentiment.

- Coordinate roadshows, investor conferences, and site visits to provide stakeholders with deep insights into our infrastructure assets and growth pipeline.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to provide actionable intelligence to the board and management team.

- Ensure strict compliance with SEBI InvIT regulations and disclosure requirements to maintain the highest levels of corporate governance and investor trust.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing investor relations for listed entities, with a deep understanding of the regulatory framework governing InvITs and infrastructure assets.

- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, persuasive narratives for diverse financial audiences.

- Strong interpersonal skills to navigate high-stakes interactions with institutional investors and senior management, fostering long-term professional credibility.

- Proven capability to lead cross-functional projects, working effectively in an on-site environment in Mumbai to collaborate with internal finance and operations teams.

- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques, typically supported by a postgraduate degree in Finance, MBA from a premier institute, or a professional qualification like CA or CFA.

- High degree of professional maturity and adaptability, with the ability to manage sensitive communications under tight deadlines.
