Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager Sales, based in Gurugram. The Relationship Manager will oversee building relationships with clients, identifying their real estate needs, offering customized property solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities include providing property consultations, managing end-to-end sales operations, maintaining follow-ups, and fostering long-term client satisfaction through attentive and professional service.

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.

- Basic knowledge of the real estate domain, including property documentation and market dynamics.

- Skills in client consultation, requirement gathering, and delivering tailor-made solutions.

- Proficiency with CRM software and basic understanding of online property platforms.

- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Minimum educational qualification: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Prior sales experience, especially in the real estate sector, is highly advantageous.
