Experience Required: 8-12 Years

Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance from a reputed institute (Tier 1/Tier 2)

Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and strategically oriented Investor Relations Specialist to lead the company's investor engagement and financial communications. This role is pivotal in enhancing transparency, building investor confidence, and supporting the company's capital market activities.

The ideal candidate will possess deep financial expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of the NBFC landscape, with a proven track record of managing investor relations in a regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a robust investor relations strategy aligned with the company's financial and strategic objectives.

- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.

- Prepare and present quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, and strategic updates.

- Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and annual investor events to foster engagement and transparency.

- Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

- Ensure timely and compliant disclosures in accordance with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including finance, legal, and strategy teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in external communications.

- Manage investor queries with professionalism, clarity, and strategic alignment.
