Investor Relations Role - Wealth Management

Key Result Areas:

In addition to general performance, employee will carry the following KRAs:

Investor Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional service.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio management and finance, to gather information and ensure effective communication with investors.

Drawdown, Distribution and related activities:

- Preparation and issuance of Drawdown Notice, preparation and issuance of Distribution Letters, close co-ordination with RTA and banking partners to execute the transaction, track payments, issuance of payment acknowledgement letters, emails, and final reconciliations.

- Work closely with RTA (FA) and Finance, CA teams for TDS submissions.

Investor Communication:

- Serve as primary contact for investor inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

- Prepare and distribute regular investor updates, including SOA, Quarterly Reports, Regulatory/Fund level updates, performance reports, FORM 64C, K-1 and market insights.

- As part of Investor Relationship Management, co-ordinate and organize investor meetings, conference calls, and annual meetings, both in-person and virtual.

- Assist in managing and maintaining an up-to-date investor database. Participate in investor due diligence meetings and presentations.

Compliance and Regulatory:

- Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to applicable rules and guidelines.

- Assist in preparation and submission of the periodic regulatory filings.

- Assist with ongoing compliance monitoring including KYC/ AML processes;

- Co-ordination with both internal and external statutory authorities like SEBI, RBI, Bankers, Trustees, Auditors, etc.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Collect and analyze relevant market and industry data to support investor relations initiatives.

- Contribute to preparation of Quarterly and Annual Investor Reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Assist in tracking and reporting investment performance metrics and benchmarks. Benchmarking data collation and timely submission

Fund raising support:

- Collaborate with the Investment team in preparation of marketing materials, pitch presentations, and due diligence documentation for fundraising activities.
