Based in Delhi, our team is building critical infrastructure and solutions to meet the country's growing energy demand responsibly. About Role : We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Investor Relations (IR) to lead all investor-facing communication and fundraising initiatives. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop our investor narrative, engage potential and existing investors, and support strategic capital-raising efforts to fuel our growth. Key Responsibilities : - Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic plan for capital raising, project-based financing. - Investor Communication: Craft compelling investor pitch decks, financial models, and business summaries. Manage communication with existing investors and provide regular updates. - Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, family offices, VC/PE firms, and HNIs. Organize investor roadshows, meetings, and site visits. - Due Diligence Support: Coordinate and support due diligence processes with finance, legal, and technical teams. Ensure data room and investor documentation is up to date and well-organized. - Compliance & Reporting: Work with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and investor reporting requirements. - Market Intelligence: Track industry and investor trends within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Monitor competitor activity and M&A landscape to identify new investor targets. Qualifications :- - CA preferred, however, MBA Finance is also acceptable - 5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related role-preferably with exposure to oil & gas, energy, or infrastructure. - Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities. - Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. - Ability to thrive in a startup environment-entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving approach. - Network of investors in energy/infrastructure is a strong advantage.
