Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Communication: Develop, implement, and maintain the company's investor relations strategy and framework.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute quarterly earnings, annual reports, and press releases.
- Investor Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with current and potential investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Track market trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to advise senior management.
- Events & Meetings: Coordinate investor roadshows, conferences, analyst days, and annual general meetings (AGMs)
- Strategic Planning: Formulate, execute, and monitor long-term business strategies, goals, and operating frameworks.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to identify threats and opportunities.
- Growth & Development: Identify and evaluate inorganic growth opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and divestitures.
- Performance Management: Set KPIs and monitor business unit performance, facilitating quarterly or annual reviews.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
- Executive Communication: Prepare reports and presentations for the board and senior leadership
