Role Overview:
- We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and strengthen the Investor Relations function for a large, listed conglomerate with diversified business interests.
- The role will be pivotal in driving transparent communication between the company, its investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders, while also collaborating closely with internal leadership teams to ensure alignment on financial and strategic messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a robust Investor Relations strategy to enhance engagement with investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential investors, addressing queries and maintaining strong relationships.
- Prepare quarterly earnings materials, including investor presentations, financial highlights, pressreleases, and Q&A briefs for leadership.
- Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Business Unit heads to ensure consistency in external communication of company performance, growth drivers, and outlook.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and analyst reports to provide insights to senior management.
- Organize and manage earnings calls, investor roadshows, analyst meets, and AGMs.
- Ensure compliance with all SEBI and stock exchange requirements related to investor communication and disclosure.
- Draft and refine annual reports, sustainability/ESG reports, and other statutory shareholder communication documents.
- Provide regular feedback to the leadership on investor perception and market expectations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 10-15 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Strategy, or related functions within large listed companies (preferably in manufacturing, auto, or allied sectors).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and valuation methodologies.
- Proven track record of handling investor/analyst interactions, earnings calls, and public disclosures.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEBI regulations, stock exchange disclosure norms, and corporate governance standards.
Education:
- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or an equivalent qualification is strongly preferred.
