Job Title: Investor Relations - Debt Fund

Key Responsibilities:
Origination & Execution of Debt Transactions:
- Lead end-to-end origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of debt financing transactions including term loans, working capital facilities, project finance, and structured debt.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies to facilitate smooth execution of transactions.
- Evaluate and recommend optimal funding structures aligned with business requirements and market conditions.
Team Leadership & Deliverables:
- Manage and mentor a team responsible for transaction execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee preparation of transaction-related documents and materials including teasers, information memorandums (IMs), credit appraisal memorandums (CAMs), financial models, and presentations.
- Review and guide preparation of monthly monitoring packs, debt schedules, and lender reports to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
Compliance & Monitoring:
- Ensure timely monitoring and reporting of loan covenants, financial ratios, and other obligations as per facility/loan agreements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Treasury, Business Units) and external stakeholders (lenders, advisors, rating agencies) to ensure compliance.
- Anticipate potential covenant breaches, highlight risks in advance, and recommend mitigation measures.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
- Act as a primary point of contact for lenders, ensuring transparency, timely updates, and proactive communication.
- Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management on debt profile, funding pipeline, covenant compliance, and market developments.
- Support board and investor reporting requirements related to financing and debt management.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Identify refinancing opportunities, optimize cost of debt, and evaluate alternative funding sources (domestic/international markets, bonds, structured finance products).
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes, evolving debt market trends, and best practices in corporate finance.
- Support in developing and executing treasury and capital structure strategies to strengthen the company's balance sheet.
