Investor Relations:

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors.

- Act as the primary point of contact for LPs, Family Offices, HNIs and Institutional Investors.

- Build trust through proactive engagement and regular communication.

- Manage investor queries and ensure timely resolution.

Fundraising Support:

- Support Managing Partners in capital raising initiatives.

- Identify and map prospective investors across Family Offices, HNIs/UHNWIs, Institutional Investors, Corporate Treasuries, Strategic Partners, and Global Investors.

- Coordinate meetings, roadshows and investor presentations.

- Maintain fundraising pipeline and CRM.

Investor Communication:

- Prepare quarterly and annual investor reports.

- Share portfolio performance updates and value creation milestones.

- Draft investment summaries, newsletters and fund updates.

- Ensure consistent communication aligned with the fund's philosophy and objectives.

Portfolio Storytelling & Value Creation:

- Work closely with investment and portfolio teams to communicate investment thesis, market opportunity, growth strategy, revenue milestones, exit potential, category leadership journey, and operational value addition.

- Convert portfolio performance into compelling investor narratives.

Marketing & Brand Positioning:

- Enhance Fund's visibility within the investment ecosystem.

- Coordinate thought leadership initiatives.

- Represent the fund at conferences and networking events.

- Assist in developing marketing collateral and pitch decks.

- Build relationships with ecosystem stakeholders.

Financial & Performance Reporting:

- Support preparation and dissemination of fund performance updates, portfolio dashboards, capital deployment reports, valuation summaries, investor presentations, and annual reviews.

- Ensure high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Due Diligence & Data Room Management:

- Coordinate investor due diligence requests.

- Maintain fund documentation and data rooms.

- Organize legal, financial and operational information.

- Track information requests and follow-ups.

Market Intelligence:

- Track Venture Capital and Private Equity trends.

- Monitor consumer sector investments.

- Analyze fundraising activity and comparable funds.

- Identify emerging investor segments and opportunities.

Event & Stakeholder Management:

- Organize Annual Investor Meets.

- Plan LP networking events.

- Coordinate Founder-Investor interactions.

- Support Demo Days and Portfolio Showcase events.

Internal Collaboration:

- Work closely with Managing Partners, Investment Team, Finance & Compliance, Portfolio Companies, Marketing & Communications, and External Advisors to ensure seamless investor experience.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

- MBA (Finance/Marketing)

- CA/CFA preferred

- Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution

Experience:

- 38 years in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Family Office, Investor Relations, or Fundraising.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Investor presentation skills

- Relationship management

- Financial statement understanding

- Fundraising support

- Capital markets awareness

- PowerPoint and Excel proficiency

- CRM management

- Project coordination

- Stakeholder management

Preferred Industry Exposure:

- Venture Capital, Consumer Investments, D2C Brands, FMCG, Consumer Technology, Beauty & Personal Care, Wellness, Family Offices, and Alternative Investments.
