Investor Relations Role

Investor Relations:

1. Build healthy relationship with:

- Buy Side- Existing institutional investor team(s)

- Sell Side- Leading analysts covering the sector

- IR partner firm

2. Build and execute effective IR strategy suited for the near team market and industry environment while keeping in view the long-term value creation objective(s).

3. Prepare/ update suitable narrative and communication pointers at all times by taking inputs from all key internal stakeholders.

4. Responding to queries from investors/analysts/media in a timely and effective manner.

5. Conduct/facilitate investor/analyst interactions in across various formats like one on one/ group meeting, conference, non-deal roadshows, etc.

6. Keep track of and share regular updates on Industry and Competitor results/ guidance/ commentary/ news.

7. Assist secretarial team in ensuring relevant Stock Exchange compliances and filings, relevant inputs for Board meetings/ AGM including suitable interaction with institutional shareholders w.r.t. proxy advisors report on voting.
