Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Investor Relations professional to drive investor engagement and support capital market fund raising initiatives. The role involves presenting investment opportunities including IPO syndication and other fund-raising transactions to a wide network of institutional and HNI investors.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with institutional investors including PMS, AMC, AIFs, family offices, and HNIs

- Present and distribute investment opportunities such as IPO syndication, QIPs, pre-IPO placements, and other capital market fund-raising deals

- Align investment opportunities with investor mandates and preferences

- Work closely with internal deal / investment banking teams on ongoing fund-raising transactions

- Circulate investment teasers, notes, and updates to relevant investors

- Track investor interest, commitments, and feedback for live deals

- Facilitate end-to-end coordination between investors and internal teams during deal execution

- Maintain and update investor database and engagement records

- Support investor meetings, roadshows, and calls

Key Requirements

- Experience in Investor Relations / Capital Markets / IPO syndication / fund raising

- Strong network or exposure to PMS, AMC, AIFs, family offices, and institutional investors

- Good understanding of IPO processes and capital market instruments

- Strong communication, pitching, and relationship management skills

- Ability to drive investor participation and closures

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent

- Prior experience in investment banking, asset management, or institutional sales
