Investor Relations Manager

Key Responsiblities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

2. Prepare and deliver quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, and press releases.

3. Coordinate investor meetings and conferences.

4. Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to provide insights to senior management.

5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and disclosure standards.

6. Manage investor inquiries and provide accurate, timely responses.

7. Collaborate with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.

8. Maintain and update investor relations content on the company website

Qualification and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).

2. 5+ years of experience in investor relations.

3. Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and market dynamics.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

6. Proficiency in MS Office and financial analysis tools.
