Role Overview
We are hiring a high-impact leader to own Investor Relations, Business Finance, and Growth Marketing. This is a cross-functional, strategic role designed for ambitious professionals with a consulting background who want to drive outcomes in a high-growth environment. The role will be at the intersection of fundraising, financial strategy, and growth execution - working closely with the founders, and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Investor Relations:
- Develop compelling fundraising narratives, pitch decks, and financial models.
- Manage ongoing communication with investors - board updates, MIS, quarterly reports.
- Track investor ecosystem and competitive landscape; identify capital and partnership opportunities.
Business Finance:
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A); own unit economics, scenario planning, and cash flow projections.
- Build investor-grade financial models to inform strategic decision-making.
- Partner with business teams to assess ROI, and capital allocation.
- Establish KPI dashboards and ensure performance tracking with discipline.
Growth Marketing:
- Partner with marketing to scale customer acquisition and retention profitably.
- Translate financial and market insights into GTM strategy.
- Optimize CAC/LTV and marketing ROI, while experimenting with new growth channels.
- Shape brand positioning and storytelling that resonate with both investors and customers.
What We're Looking For?
- MBA from a top-tier school (INSEAD, ISB, IIM, Wharton, HBS, GSB, etc.).
- 5-7 years of post-MBA experience in management consulting (BCG, McKinsey, Bain, AT Kearney preferred), with exposure to finance and/or growth in high-growth companies.
- Strong grounding in strategic finance, fundraising, and growth strategy.
- Exceptional analytical skills with fluency in financial modeling and storytelling.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Bias for action: able to go from strategy to execution seamlessly.
