Hiring: Investor Relations & Fund Operations | Gurgaon (WFO)
We are looking for an experienced professional to join a leading investment fund in a high-impact role combining Investor Relations with fund operations, accounting, compliance, analytics, or senior executive support.
Experience: 5 - 15 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage institutional investor servicing, performance reports, presentations & DDQs
- Handle investor onboarding, KYC, subscriptions & redemptions with fund administrators
- Coordinate operational due diligences, data rooms & audit/tax confirmations
- Support side letters with investors alongside legal & internal teams
- Organize investor meetings, VC calls & global roadshows with the CIO
- Contribute to one or more areas: Fund Accounting (NAV), AIF/Offshore Compliance, Accounts/Audit, Data Analytics, Trading Operations, AI initiatives, or Senior EA responsibilities
Ideal Candidate:
- 5 - 15 years in AIF, PMS, Mutual Fund, Hedge Fund, Asset Management or Investment Firms
- Strong understanding of NAV, performance attribution, drawdowns, hurdle rates, benchmarks & institutional reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
