With consistent growth and expansion, the organization is strengthening its Investor Relations function to support strategic business objectives and stakeholder engagement.

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of post-qualification experience to join the Investor Relations function. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the automotive sector and a strong understanding of financial analysis, stakeholder communication, and capital market interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and manage the company's Investor Relations strategy and communication.

- Prepare investor presentations, earnings decks, quarterly results notes, and annual reports.

- Coordinate with internal finance, strategy, and leadership teams for financial disclosures.

- Analyze financial performance, industry trends, competitor benchmarking, and market positioning.

- Handle investor queries and support earnings calls, analyst meets, and investor roadshows.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to disclosures.

- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.

- Track shareholding patterns, investor feedback, and market perception.

Key Requirements

- CA (Qualified) - Mandatory.

- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.

- Prior experience in Investor Relations / FP&A / Corporate Finance.

- Strong preference for candidates from Automotive / Auto OEM / Auto Component industry.

- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong understanding of capital markets and financial reporting standards.
