Structuring:- Objective: Develop effective investment structures that maximize profitability and minimize risk.
- Responsibilities: Structure deals with favorable terms, conduct risk assessments, and draft initial term sheets.
Underwriting:- Objective: Perform thorough underwriting to ensure sound, risk-aligned investments.
- Responsibilities: Analyze financials, conduct due diligence, and assess the risk-return profile of potential investments.
Portfolio Management:- Objective: Implement recovery strategies to minimize losses and ensure timely asset liquidation when needed.
