About the Firm

A Bangalore-based investment fund focused on the Indian public markets is seeking an Analyst/Associate. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior team members and the founder, gaining hands-on experience in investment analysis and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct financial modelling and analysis to evaluate potential investments.

- Perform business and industry research through primary and secondary sources, including surveys and market reports.

- Identify and screen new investment opportunities based on fundamental analysis.

- Engage with management teams of portfolio companies to track performance and gain insights.

Requirements

- 2 to 5 years of experience in business or financial analysis; Indian public markets experience is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and rigor.

- Proficiency in Excel for financial modelling and valuation.

- A passion for investing and a willingness to learn from an experienced team.
