Investment Strategy - Residential Real Estate - Mumbai/Bangalore

Looking to Hire Residential Real Estate Investment Strategy.

Location : Mumbai / Bangalore

Responsibilities includes:

- Financial Modelling and Data Analytic skills mandatory

- Originating deals and creating business plan in Bengaluru residential and Mumbai residential (redevelopment)

- Underwriting and analysing the return profile based on proposed business plan

- Working in close proximity with Senior leadership on both sides ( sell and buy ) for target screening and idea generation

- Executing multiple client deliverables including Investor Committee Presentations and Deal Models (including LBOs)

- Idealizing and modelling JV level economics like Promote structures, co-investments, fees / incentive structures, etc.

- Basically, a part of Investment Banking team involves in Origination, Execution, Financial Modelling, etc.
