Investment Strategy and Research (4-7 years) A role of Investment Strategy and Research with experience of more than 4 years in Fund research, Quant, Multi assets, Attribution and investment portfolio performance. Location: Mumbai Your Future Employer: One of the Fortune 500 firms headquartered in New York city with businesses in insurance brokerage, risk management, reinsurance services, talent management etc. Responsibilities: 1. Contributing to the investment decision-making and manager-selection processes. 2. Conducting fund manager due diligence, involving a broad set of qualitative and quantitative considerations. 3. Monitoring portfolio performance and markets trends. 4. Drafting comprehensive manager research reports encapsulating inferences from the due diligence. 5. Contributing in terms of new investment ideas, actively sharing views and opinions during regular team meetings. Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in multi asset class exposure with experience in attribution analysis. 2. Strong background of quantitative portfolio analysis - risk, style factors, attribution, ESG among others. 3. Understanding of global macro (fixed income/ rates) and factors affecting a portfolio. 4. Experience in asset management or investment research with strong understanding of investment strategies. 5. BE/B Tech from a top tier college and/or master's in finance / MBA.
