Investment Strategist - Fixed Income

Role Overview:

As an Investment Strategist focusing on Fixed Income, you will serve as a critical pillar in our investment decision-making process, translating complex macroeconomic data into actionable alpha-generating strategies. You will work closely with portfolio managers, credit analysts, and the broader investment committee to shape our house view on interest rates, credit spreads, and yield curve positioning. By synthesizing market intelligence and quantitative research, you will directly influence portfolio construction and risk-adjusted returns, ensuring our fixed-income offerings remain competitive and aligned with evolving market cycles in a high-stakes financial environment.

Preferable:

- An outstanding educational background, preferably a postgraduate (MBA/CA/CFA)

- Candidates with basic understanding of fixed income, forex and equity markets

- Candidates with experience in handling market data

- Good understanding of Financial Modelling

- Knowledge of client interactions

- Should have better understanding of macro-economic factors.

- Exposure to independent economic analysis will be added advantage.

- Communication, Teambuilding, Leadership, Managing Change, Problem Solving, Conflict Management, Motivation, interpersonal and persuasive skills, sound knowledge of numbers and eye for detail, sound Knowledge of technology. Should have varied experience across sectors and markets

- A well rounded team player willing to work on process improvement and solutions.
