Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ensuring RM activation & focus on investment products. Going on Joint meetings to build volumes along with new to investment penetration of the portfolio

- Training RMs & building knowledge levels through training/workshops/in coordination with partner teams

- Ensuring 100% compliance of regulatory matters including EUIN & NISM certification within timelines

- Overall building on AUM by growing investment book of the bank and ensuring one stop platform for managing client investments across wealth products/platforms

- Inculcating client risk profiling before reviewing client portfolios & making recommendations and ensuring portfolio rebalancing basis needs of client
