Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Drive mutual fund (MF) business by actively engaging with and supporting branch relationship managers.
- Portfolio Management: Conduct regular portfolio reviews for clients to ensure investment strategies are aligned with their financial goals.
- Sales & AUM Growth: Facilitate the growth of MF Asset Under Management (AUM) through effective sales strategies and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- Training & Development: Provide training and continuous development to branch banking relationship managers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
- Support System: Ensure the availability of a robust support system, including joint calls, new product information, and ongoing training, to help the team achieve their targets.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain a keen eye for market intelligence and competitor activities to inform business strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Compliance & Regulation: Demonstrate thorough knowledge of investment processes and all relevant regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- PG/Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in Private Wealth, Wealth Management, or as an Investment Advisor/Counsellor.
- Strong background in Mutual Fund sales.
- Exceptional communication skills with an assertive attitude.
- Good analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A strong ability to follow up and see tasks through to completion.
- Highly organized and a natural networker
