Job Description: Investment Specialist (PMS, AIF & GIFT City)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2 - 5 years (Wealth Management / Capital Markets / Alternatives)

Role Overview:

The role requires a strong understanding of PMS, AIF and GIFT City investment products, market trends and investment strategies. The candidate will be responsible for driving awareness and adoption of these products by enabling partners, supporting client interactions, and creating product communication that helps grow the business. The role will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Research teams to ensure effective product positioning and partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Product Enablement:

- Responsible for the growth of PMS, AIF and GIFT City products through partner engagement, client meetings and other business initiatives.

- Conduct partner trainings, webinars, branch sessions and product presentations.

- Participate in client meetings to explain product strategies and address investment-related queries.

- Create pitch decks, product notes, comparison documents and sales enablement material.

- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to execute product campaigns and launch initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of PMS, AIF, GIFT City and capital market products.

- Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to simplify complex investment concepts for partners and clients.

- Self-driven with a keen interest in investment products and markets.

Preferred Background:

- 2 - 3 years of experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, PMS, AIF, Investment Advisory or Capital Markets.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics or related fields.

- NISM certifications will be an added advantage.
