Investment Principal - Large Family Office - CFA

Position : Investment Principle (Large Family Office)

Role :

- Incumbent will drive the Wealth Preservation, Growth and Investment of the Family Office

- Drive the Allocation of Capital across Listed Equity, Fixed Debt, Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Assets and More.

- Architect the Investment Policy Statement and Align all Portfolio Actions as per the Liquidity, Risk, and Return Mandates.

- Conduct institutional-grade due diligence to identify and onboard top-decile External Managers across AIFs, PMS, and Mutual Funds.

- Perform fundamental valuation modeling to validate direct investments in Operating Companies, Listed Stocks, and Fixed Income

- Design robust, diversified portfolios that maximize Risk-Adjusted Returns (Sharpe Ratio) while adhering to sector limits

- Manage efficient trade execution and liquidity planning to optimize market entry and service Private Equity capital calls.

- Track real-time Net Asset Value (NAV) and performance attribution against benchmarks to rectify underperformance early

- Execute dynamic rebalancing, tactical asset shifts, and risk mitigation strategies to compound capital and preserve wealth

- Serve as the central liaison between the Internal Investment Team, External Wealth Advisors, and the Investment Council

- Own the consolidated Investment Dashboard, ensuring accurate, single-view visibility into Net Worth and Cash Flow projections

Requirements :

- MBA

- Chartered Financial Analyst with Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 is Mandatory

- 10-15 Years of Experience is Mandatory with at least 1 year in a family office role

- Experience in Fund Management in an AMC/ Institutional Investment House or Strategists from Wealth Management/ Wealth Advisory Firms or Treasurers or Credit Underwriting experience in Banks/ Non-Bank Lenders

- Good Market Research, Verbal-Written-Presentation Skills, and Financial Modeling skills

- Incumbent should be analytical and detail-oriented, collecting, analyzing and interpreting data. Good understanding of First Principles, Deal Structures, Financial Discipline and Thesis Mindset

- Entrepreneurial attitude, willingness to think outside the box

- Exceptional problem solving skills using analysis, sound logic and judgement, evaluate alternatives and recommend options and scenarios

- Good oral and written English communication skills
