Investment Manager (Venture Capital | Early-Stage)

As an Investment Manager, you will own and drive the end-to-end investment lifecycle while leading and developing a large, high-energy investment team. You will combine sharp investment judgment with people leadership, playing a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and closing early-stage venture deals.

What Youll Do:

1) Lead & Build High-Performance Teams

- Ensure smooth flow across sourcing, evaluation, and IC readiness.

2) Investment Evaluation & Research

- Partner with teams to evaluate early-stage startups across sectors.

- Build and maintain sector research and investment theses.

- Meet founders, assess business models, and coordinate expert feedback.

3) Investment Evaluation & Research

- Build financial models and prepare offers for startups.

- Draft investment memos for investment committee discussions.

- Support negotiations and drive deals to closure with ownership.

What Were Looking For:

- 6-10 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment management.

- Strong track record of financial modelling and deal execution.

- Proven experience managing and developing teams.

- High ownership, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and influence.

- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by the operating model.

- A hustle mindset and the ability to make quick, high-quality decisions.
