Investment Manager - Underwriting (SME Lending | Fintech)

Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview:

Looking for an experienced Investment Manager to lead end-to-end underwriting for structured SME financing. The role involves borrower due diligence, deal structuring, credit decisioning, and close collaboration with internal teams to strengthen credit workflows and risk controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end credit underwriting for SME/structured loans

- Financial, operational, and legal assessment of borrowers

- Deal structuring and lending recommendations

- Credit MIS, reporting, and portfolio monitoring

- Coordination with Sales, Legal, Product, and Tech teams

Requirements:

- 4-6 years of experience in SME loan underwriting

- Experience with NBFCs, banks, or digital lenders

- Strong understanding of cash flows, credit risk, and financial metrics

- Exposure to unsecured/structured lending products

- Familiarity with tools like CIBIL, CRIF, Perfios, etc.

- Finance/Commerce/Economics graduate or CA
