About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Investment/Fundraising professional to drive capital raising, investor relationships, and AUM growth in a fast-growing startup investment ecosystem.
This role offers end-to-end ownership of investor acquisition and engagement, working closely with HNIs, Family Offices, Venture Partners, and Institutions, while gaining exposure to curated startup investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fundraising & AUM Growth
- Drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth by onboarding new investors
- Achieve quarterly & annual revenue targets through capital raising
- Pitch and close investment opportunities across startup deals
2. Investor Relations & Engagement
- Build and manage relationships with HNIs, Family Offices, Wealth Managers & Institutions
- Reactivate and convert inactive investors into active participants
- Ensure consistent communication, updates, and trust-building
3. Investor Acquisition & Conversion
- Source and onboard new investors via networking, referrals, and events
- Manage the entire investor lifecycle: outreach - pitch - onboarding - activation
- Drive strong conversion ratios and revenue outcomes
4. Networking & Market Expansion
- Represent the firm at industry events, investor meets & startup forums
- Build strategic relationships with Venture Partners & investor networks
- Stay updated on startup funding trends & investor behavior
5. Strategy & Reporting
- Prepare investment proposals, decks, and performance reports
- Track KPIs: AUM growth, conversions, investor outreach, revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising with portfolio strategy
Must Have (Strict Criteria)
- 4-10 years of experience in Fundraising / Investor Relations / Wealth / AIF / VC / IB
- Proven track record of raising capital from HNIs / Family Offices / Institutions
- Strong experience in investor pitching, meetings & onboarding
- Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue / AUM growth targets
- Excellent communication, presentation & relationship management skills
- Understanding of startup investments, valuation basics & portfolio reporting
Preferred
- Experience in Category II AIF / VC / PE / Wealth Management firms
- Strong network across HNIs, Family Offices, Venture Partners
- Exposure to startup ecosystem, funding events & roadshows
