Investment Manager - Private Equity/Venture Capital - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

About the role:

The firm is looking to hire an Investment Manager with prior experience in Private Equity or Venture Capital. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of post-graduation experience, including at least 2 years in core investment roles.

The individual will work closely with the senior management team on evaluating investment opportunities and supporting deal execution, including financial modelling, due diligence, and preparation of investment memos.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth industry and company analysis

- Build and evaluate financial models and business plans

- Assist in deal execution, including due diligence and investment documentation

- Prepare investment memos and internal presentations

- Monitor portfolio companies by tracking performance and preparing periodic reports

- Support portfolio management and strategic initiatives

Core Competencies & Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of post-graduation experience, with at least 2 years in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Equity Research

- Prior exposure to climate, clean tech, or deep tech sectors is preferred

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial modelling

- MBA from a premier business school and/or CA qualification
