About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Investment Manager Fundraising to lead capital raising and investor relationship management for our startup investment platform. The role focuses on onboarding and managing HNIs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors, driving AUM growth, and expanding the investor network within the startup and venture ecosystem.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in VC / AIF / Wealth Management / Investment Banking / Startup Fundraising who enjoy investor engagement, networking, and closing investment mandates.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & AUM Growth

- Drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth by onboarding new investors.

- Achieve quarterly and annual fundraising targets through capital commitments.

- Present curated startup investment opportunities to investors.

Investor Relationship Management

- Build and manage relationships with HNIs, Family Offices, Venture Partners, and Institutional Investors.

- Reactivate and nurture existing or inactive investor networks.

- Ensure transparent communication, portfolio updates, and investor engagement.

Investor Acquisition & Conversion

- Identify and onboard new investors through networking, referrals, and industry events.

- Conduct investor meetings, presentations, and investment pitches.

- Manage the end-to-end investor onboarding process, including KYC and activation.

Networking & Industry Engagement

- Represent the firm at startup events, investor summits, and venture ecosystem gatherings.

- Build strategic connections with venture partners, wealth managers, and family offices.

- Stay updated on startup funding trends and investor landscape.

Strategy & Reporting

- Prepare investment proposals, investor presentations, and performance reports.

- Track key metrics including AUM growth, investor pipeline, conversions, and revenue targets.

- Work closely with the investment team on fundraising strategy.

Ideal Candidate

Experience

- 4+ years of experience in fundraising / investor relations / capital raising

- Minimum 1 year experience in Category II AIFs (PE / VC / Credit / Special Situations)

Investor Exposure

- Experience managing HNIs, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, or Institutional Investors

Core Skills

- Strong investment pitching and investor presentation skills

- Proven ability to close fundraising mandates and achieve revenue targets

- Experience conducting investor meetings and networking events

- Understanding of startup valuations, venture investments, and portfolio reporting
