We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager who has successfully handled $200 million+ deals and specializes in private placements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer needs, the ability to identify investment opportunities with speed, and a proven track record of building and managing investments across diverse asset classes.

This role requires direct interfacing with investors, handholding them through the investment process, and sourcing opportunities from multiple funding sources, including PE, debt, venture capital, foreign funds, and social impact funds.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Strategy & Deal Execution:

- Identify, evaluate, and execute high-value investment opportunities in a time-efficient manner.

- Structure, negotiate, and close private placement deals across equity (PE), debt, venture capital, and other investment instruments.

- Conduct financial modelling, due diligence, and risk assessment for potential investments.

- Drive investment decisions based on in-depth market analysis, industry trends, and risk-return metrics.

Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management:

- Interface directly with HNWIs, institutional investors, and funds to understand their investment needs.

- Provide end-to-end handholding to investors throughout the investment lifecycle.

- Maintain long-term relationships with existing investors while onboarding new investment partners.

Sourcing & Fundraising:

- Develop and maintain a wide network to source investment opportunities across private equity, debt, venture funds, foreign funds, and social impact funds.

- Establish strategic partnerships with investment banks, fund managers, and financial advisors.

- Identify capital-raising opportunities and structure deals that align with investor preferences.

Portfolio & Risk Management:

- Monitor and manage investment portfolios, ensuring optimal returns while mitigating risks.

- Conduct periodic performance reviews and realign strategies based on financial goals.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, fund mandates, and governance standards.

Market Analysis & Innovation:

- Stay updated on macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and emerging investment opportunities.

- Identify innovative investment structures that maximize returns while managing risks effectively.

- Develop insights into evolving investor preferences and tailor offerings accordingly.

Key Requirements: Education & Experience:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. CFA/CAIA/CFA Level II preferred.

- Proven track record of handling investments worth $200 million+ in private placements.

- Strong experience in equity (PE), debt, venture capital, foreign funds, and social impact funds.
