Investment Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of investments, conducting in-depth market research, and identifying promising investment opportunities. You will work closely with senior management, research analysts, and client relationship managers to develop and implement investment strategies that align with client objectives and risk tolerance. Your expertise will directly contribute to the growth of our assets under management and the financial success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough due diligence and financial analysis of potential investment opportunities across various asset classes to identify high-potential investments.

- Develop and implement investment strategies tailored to specific client needs and risk profiles to achieve optimal portfolio performance.

- Monitor portfolio performance, analyze market trends, and make timely adjustments to investment strategies to maximize returns and mitigate risks.

- Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations for clients and senior management to communicate investment performance and market outlook.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external research providers, and industry experts to stay informed about market developments and investment opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and risk management.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements, conduct market research, and develop investment recommendations.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Proven ability to manage investment portfolios and achieve superior risk-adjusted returns.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- CFA charter or progress towards completion is highly preferred.

- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Mumbai.

- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in investment management or a related field.
