Role Overview:

As an Investment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing M&A transactions, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and developing sophisticated financial models. You will work closely with senior bankers and clients, contributing to all phases of deal execution from origination to closing. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the firm's success and drive significant value for our clients through strategic financial advice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence on target companies to identify key value drivers and potential risks.

- Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses to support M&A transactions and other strategic initiatives.

- Prepare compelling pitch books, information memorandums, and other marketing materials for potential clients and investors.

- Manage deal execution processes, including coordinating with legal, accounting, and other advisors.

- Support senior bankers in client meetings and negotiations, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.

- Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify potential investment opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to perform complex financial analysis and valuation using various methodologies.

- Proven expertise in building and interpreting financial models.

- Strong understanding of M&A processes and transaction structures.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- 4-7 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, or related financial advisory roles.
