We are looking for an Investment management associate to formulate investment strategy, identify risk optimized investment opportunities across asset classes as well as recommend acquisition targets. You will be responsible for creating and managing investment allocations of organization funds across asset classes in line with predetermined strategy for investment.   As an Investment management associate:  You have:  - An awesome team, who are very good at what they do  - A great office with a cool culture  - The freedom to do things your way as long as you have a solid reason  Your Responsibilities:  - Conduct original and fundamental research to identify investment themes and acquisition opportunities   - Create financial models to understand business valuation  - Provide insights in screening and evaluation of investment/ acquisition opportunities   - Participate in the in-depth analysis and due diligence of investment/ acquisition targets   - Assist in developing investment presentations and memos for internal approvals   - Assist in monitoring and managing portfolio assets including asset reporting and valuation  - Be regular with changing market conditions, updated investment research and economic trends  - Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope  Your Qualities:  - Proven working experience as an investment associate  - Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications  - Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages  - Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills  - Proven knowledge of business valuation, investment management and corporate finance  - MBA from a top tier university; or exemplary performance in undergraduate degree at a top tier university with a major in business administration, economics, finance, or accounting, plus a minimum of three years of experience in business valuation, investment banking, or investment research
