Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-caliber Investment Counsellor to lead and manage relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), Family Offices, and Private Wealth Platforms. This role is central to driving high-ticket fund raising across our real estate and alternative investment products. The ideal candidate should be deeply embedded within the wealth ecosystem, with a demonstrable ability to unlock capital through trusted relationships, strategic engagement, and solution-oriented advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relationship Management:
- Own and grow a network of UHNIs, Family Offices, and Single/Multi-Family Advisory Platforms.
- Leverage existing relationships to drive capital commitments across flagship funds and structured products.
- Cultivate long-term, trust-based investor relationships with deep understanding of client investment goals and risk appetite.
Fund Raise Execution:
- Lead end-to-end fundraising lifecycle: origination, pitch and closure
Sales & Advisory:
- Act as a strategic investment advisor-understand client goals, risk appetite, and investment timelines to align them with products- AIFs, structured products, and bespoke strategies offered by Integrow.
- Simplify complex investment structures for clients and offer well-informed, research-backed advice to drive decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling across our product suite to enhance client portfolios and wallet share.
New Business Development:
- Actively participate in curated industry events, seminars, exhibitions, and private networking forums to build visibility and pipeline.
- Maintain a pulse on the market to identify emerging UHNI needs and tailor outreach accordingly.
Strategic Engagement:
- Represent the platform in curated investor events, roundtables, webinars, and one-on-one engagements.
- Collaborate with wealth advisors and relationship managers at third-party wealth platforms
Client Servicing & Retention:
- Act as a single point of contact for investor queries, investment performance communication, and relationship reviews
Candidates with:
Proven Track Record: 7-10 years in Private Wealth, Family Office advisory, or Capital Markets.
Networked: A warm book of active UHNI/Family Office relationships with deployment appetite in alternates or real assets.
Client-First Mindset: High emotional intelligence, a solution-selling approach, and the ability to think from the investor's lens.
Technically Sound: Familiarity with AIFs, RE funds, structured credit, and tax/regulatory frameworks.
High Ownership: Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and own outcomes.
Strategic Thinker: Brings insights from macro investing trends, wealth structuring
