About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Investment Banking Associate to join our Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) practice, with a primary focus on the Technology sector. The role will involve executing M&A, private equity, venture capital, strategic advisory, and capital raising transactions for technology-driven companies across SaaS, FinTech, Enterprise Tech, Internet, AI, Digital Platforms, and Emerging Technologies.

The candidate will work closely with senior bankers, founders, promoters, investors, and strategic buyers on end-to-end transaction execution and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Execution:

Execute M&A, strategic advisory, and capital-raising transactions.

Prepare transaction materials including:

- Pitch books

- Information Memorandums (IM)

- Teasers

- Management presentations

- Financial models, Valuation analyses

- Support due diligence and transaction documentation processes.

- Coordinate with clients, investors, legal advisors, auditors, and other stakeholders.

Financial Analysis & Valuation:

Build and maintain detailed financial models.

Perform valuation analysis using:

- DCF

- Comparable Company Analysis

- Precedent Transactions

- Trading Comparables

Analyse business performance, market dynamics, and industry trends.

Sector Coverage Technology:

Develop expertise across:

- SaaS

- FinTech

- AI & Machine Learning

- Enterprise Software

- Internet & Digital Platforms

- Cybersecurity

- Cloud & Data Infrastructure

- Consumer Technology

- DeepTech

Track technology market trends, funding activity, and M&A developments.

Client Management:

- Support senior bankers in managing client relationships.

-Participate in client meetings, management discussions, and investor interactions.

- Assist in preparing strategic recommendations and transaction updates.

Business Development:

- Conduct market mapping and identify potential transaction opportunities.

- Prepare industry reports and sector-specific insights.

- Support origination efforts through research and outreach activities.
