Investment Banking Role - Startup Fundraising/M&A

About the Role:

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Investment Banking professional with 1-6 years of experience to support us on fundraising/M&A projects. The primary focus will be on preparing high-quality investor presentations (pitch decks) and detailed financial models.

This is a freelance/project-based role. Multiple projects running every month and compensation to be paid project by project. This could also eventually convert into a full-time opportunity if there's a strong mutual fit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create polished, insightful investor pitch decks and teasers

- Build robust financial models (3-statement, valuation, sensitivity, etc.)

- Conduct industry research and benchmarking

- Collaborate closely with the founder/lead team to iterate on outputs

- Ensure high attention to detail and quick turnaround

Requirements:

- 1-6 years of experience in investment banking, PE, or similar domains

- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

- Solid understanding of valuation, transaction comps, and modeling

- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines

- Prior experience working on startup or early-stage fundraising materials is a plus
