End to End Deal Engagement

A. KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Sr. Key Responsibilities

- Bringing in new opportunities and mandates that drive the overall growth and success. Maintain strong relationships with client personnel and investing community at appropriate levels

- Build and maintain a strong deal pipeline by closing deals consistently- Strong networking capabilities and existing relationships within the banking, financial institutions, venture capital, UHNW's and private equity ecosystem in India

- Prepare MIS / Deal Tracker sheet/ Management update

- Valuation of companies by building comprehensive models using DCF, SOTP, and other relevant valuation techniques

- Experience in handholding mid-market Indian corporates to collate data and information and prepare transaction collaterals

- Origination support to RM team to onboard new clients for the Bank
