Investment Banking Role

- You will play a pivotal role in leading & executing transactions, conducting financial analysis, supporting BD initiatives and providing strategic advisory to our clients. Location: BKC, Mumbai

Key Skills:

- Transactions : To play a leadership role in execution of mandates/ transactions including syndication
of equity deals , closure of M&A mandates or partnerships as the case may be

- Business Development : To work closely with corporates, funds, associate or partner Investment
banks to generate leads and convert the same into Mandates.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex financial problems and develop creative solutions for
clients.

- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to structure and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transaction Management: Leading and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public
offerings (IPOs), and other complex financial transactions.

- Financial Modeling: Creating and analyzing financial models to value companies, assess investment
opportunities, and support client recommendations.

- Due Diligence: Conducting thorough due diligence on potential transactions, including financial
analysis, market research, and risk assessment.

- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients,
understanding their needs, and providing strategic advice.

- Deal Structuring and Closure: Negotiating, structuring and closing deals to optimize outcomes for
clients, including the issuance of debt and equity.

- Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including sourcing
potential clients and transactions.

- Market Analysis: Staying abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes
that may impact clients.

Qualification:

- MBA from a reputed institution, CA, CFA

- Only candidates with a minimum 8 to 10 years experience of having worked on successful closures of Investment

- Banking deals as well as experience on business development activities will be considered
