Investment Banking Associate (6-7 yrs)

About the Role:

IPO Platform is expanding its offerings by launching an exclusive Investment Platform that enables High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs) to discover and participate in Pre-IPO, SME IPO, Mainboard IPO, and other investment opportunities.

We are looking for someone who will build and manage a strong investor community, engage with HNI/UHNI clients, and act as the primary relationship owner between investors and the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and expand a network of HNI and UHNI investors.

- Acquire and onboard investors onto the IPO Platform ecosystem.

- Develop long-term relationships with investors through regular engagement.

- Present investment opportunities including Pre-IPO, SME IPO, Mainboard IPO, and other private market deals.

- Understand investor preferences and help them evaluate suitable investment opportunities.

- Coordinate with internal investment teams to ensure timely communication of live deals.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with investors and provide ongoing support throughout the investment journey.

- Generate referrals and contribute to the growth of the investor network.

- Represent IPO Platform professionally while delivering a high-quality client experience.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA (Finance/Marketing) from a Tier 2 institute preferred.

- 2-4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Capital Markets, Investment Advisory, Fundraising, Financial Services, or Relationship Management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience managing HNI/UHNI or affluent clients.

- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.

- Basic understanding of capital markets, IPOs, Pre-IPOs, and private market investments.

- Self-driven, confident, and comfortable interacting with senior investors.
