Investment Banking Associate - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/CA

- Ideally looking for a candidate who has

- 2-5 years of solid work experience

- Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial statements

- Willingness to learn and grow in a role that provides ample learning and an opportunity to succeed

- Desire to interact with the best corporate leaders including founders, lawyers, tax experts, and more

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to communicate complex solutions through structured communication tools including slide decks

- Ability to multi-task and work with external teams to drive progress on client engagements

- Exposure to creating detailed financial model for a business by identifying key business drivers

- Excellent problem solving and trouble-shooting ability. Must display initiative and capability of assuming ownership of projects/task

Job Description:

- Work on end-to-end deal areas involving deal origination, collateral preparation, valuation, handling diligences, documentation, and closure.

- Lead project teams and work with senior team members, help in market research, business development and client interactions

- Firm Initiatives: To assist in firm initiatives such as content creation, reports, client outreach, hiring etc.

Location: Hyderabad (On-Site)

Education & Background:

- This role will be best suited to candidates with 2-5 years of Experience post UG/PG

- B.Tech / BE / B.Com / CA / MBA from Tier-1 Institutes

- Relevant experience in: Investment Banking / Financial Due Diligence / Consulting / Corporate Development
