Role Overview:
As an Investment Banking Analyst based in Surat, you will serve as a critical member of the deal execution team, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex financial transactions. You will work closely with senior bankers and client leadership to translate business strategies into compelling financial narratives. Your day-to-day will involve rigorous quantitative analysis and the creation of high-impact presentation materials, directly influencing the success of fundraising initiatives and strategic mergers and acquisitions for our clients.
- Lead investment banking fundraise transactions end-to-end, covering financial modelling, valuation, preparation of information memorandums (IMs) and teasers, investor outreach, due diligence, negotiations and transaction closure.
- Manage client relationships and engage with PE investors and advisors to drive successful fundraises, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely closure of mandates.
Experience:
- 2 - 4 years in investment banking, corporate finance or fundraise advisory
