Investment Banking Analyst/Associate - Consumer Sector

Key Responsibilities:

- Support execution of M&A, ECM, DCM, and strategic advisory transactions.

- Build and maintain financial models, including valuations (DCF, comps, precedents) and operating models.

- Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, and management presentations.

- Conduct company, industry, and market research across consumer sectors.

- Assist with due diligence, data room management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

- Monitor consumer sector trends, competitive dynamics, and valuation benchmarks.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

- 1-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.

- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

- Solid understanding of financial statements and transaction processes.

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
