Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Deal Execution: Lead the execution of fundraising and M&A transactions across sectors, from mandate to closure

- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; manage expectations and ensure smooth deal progress

- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of analysts and associates; provide guidance on financial modeling, pitch preparation, and due diligence

- Investor Relations: Leverage an existing network of VCs, PEs, and Family Offices to drive successful capital raises

- Business Development: (Bonus) Independently source new mandates and maintain relationships with startup founders, investors, and ecosystem players

Key Requirements:

- Successfully led and closed 5-10+ transactions in the early-stage (Seed to Series B) space

- Demonstrated ability to execute deals independently, with minimal supervision

- Deep network of relationships with Venture Capital firms, Private Equity funds, and Family Offices

- Experience managing and mentoring analyst and associate-level team members

- Bonus: Ability to independently originate and source mandates through founder/investor networks
