Job Resposibilities:
- Prepare and maintain detailed excel models for individual deals and overall Fund portfolio.
- Prepare materials along with the Investments Team and present to Investment Committee.
- Assist in preparing reports for investment partners for quarterly reporting.
- Conduct due diligence activities involving market analysis, shopping market competitors.
- Research and analyze appropriate markets for acquisition of retail properties or retail-led mixed-use properties.
- Gain good understanding of those markets to be able to capitalize on opportunities in those markets.
- Participate in various analytical projects required in the Investment Management Group from time to time.
- Arrange third party reports such as market studies, cost estimates, financial and tax analysis.
- Develop operating and capital budgets for assets that our owned or that are targeted for investments.

Qualifications :
- Should have good excel skills and should be proficient in MS word and PowerPoint

Language Skills :
- Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, investors, tenants and the general public.
Mathematical Skills :
- Ability to work with all basic mathematical concepts and basic financial concepts such as the time value of money (present values, future values, internal rates of return).
Reasoning Ability :
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
