We are looking for an Investment Associate to join a leading real estate platform backed by one of the world's largest sovereign wealth funds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial modelling and deal analysis
- Investment Committee presentations and investor reporting
- Market research, due diligence and competitive analysis
- Evaluation of retail & retail-led mixed-use acquisition opportunities
- Asset management and investment-related analytical projects
Ideal Profile:
- 8 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Private Equity / Investment Banking / Transaction Advisory
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and communication skills
- Experience in investment memorandums / presentations preferred
